Minor Rags: - Dillon Gee, Ryne Miller, Sean Ratliff... and Juan Lagares

Bisons:

At some point this season, hitters were going to solve the riddle of Dillon Gee, and the young right-hander was going to endure a rough game. That jagged outing came Tuesday night against the visiting Durham Bulls just one day before Gee celebrates his 24th birthday. The Bulls gave Gee an unwelcomed birthday gift by touching the Buffalo Bisons ace for five earned runs and eight hits in 4 2/3 innings. But after scoring the go-ahead run in the fifth inning, the Bisons held on to win, 9-5, at Coca-Cola Field behind two home runs and four RBIs by Mike Hessman - link

B-Mets:

If Portland Sea Dogs pitcher Ryne Miller looked different to the Binghamton Mets, there was a reason -- he wore No. 47 on Tuesday instead of his usual No. 33. And it wasn't just his number that was higher this appearance. So was his performance. After getting blitzed for six runs in three innings by the B-Mets his last outing on April 20, Miller pitched six near-flawless innings to spur the Sea Dogs' 2-0 victory over the B-Mets at frigid NYSEG Stadium. Miller surrendered just one of the B-Mets' two hits, issued two walks and struck out three -- all in the fifth inning.  link

Lucy:

The St. Lucie Mets scored three runs in the top of the seventh inning to erase a 3-2 deficit and go on to win 5-3 over the Charlotte Stone Crabs on Tuesday in Port Charlotte. Sean Ratliff hit a two-run home run and Eric Campbell added an RBI single to pace the Mets rally. The Mets used the long ball to score their other runs. Joshua Satin and Campbell had solo homers in the third and fourth innings respectively. Jimmy Johnson (1-0) got the win and Manuel Alvarez recorded his sixth save - link

Gnats:

The Gnats took a 2-0 lead on a two-run homer by Juan Lagares in the first inning. Savannah only managed three hits the rest of the way. Right-hander Taylor Whitenton had his best outing as a Gnat, throwing four scoreless and hitless innings in relief of Darin Gorski. Wilmer Flores walked and had a hit in four at bats for the Gnats, who lost the last two games and earned a split with the Crawdads. - link
