I’ve got Bell as the 18th top outfielder in the 2011 draft 6-3, 195, R/R, big power bat, runs good, throws ok. Needs more seasoning and discipline… Story has excellent power and also throws a 90+ fastball and a plus slider… Howard is the RHP that everybody loves, except for the experts at Draft Site, who left him off their 213 named mock list… Chandler set a state record in 2009 when he threw 43 consecutive scoreless innings… Jose has a cannon arm, a sweet swing, and lanky body. Ran a 6.68 60 yard-dash this month. He’s the son of ex-pro Felix Jose and is committed to Stanford… the 6-2, 185 pound Perricone has committed to Coastal Carolina… and I’ve got Lake as the 13th top RHP in next spring’s draft. He possesses a very live arm and runs his fastball up to 94. Came up with some shoulder soreness in June on the first day of the TOS, which has lowered his move ranking recently. PG Tracker has him as the 85th top player in the country… Jernigan received rave pitching ratings from Diamond Scape, but he also was voted the MVP and best hitter on last season’s high school team… Miller is a 6-6 beast who has committed to Vanderbilt… Windham was a member of the 2010 All-Low Country team in South Carolina… Tobias is everybody’s pick as the top second baseman in the draft come June; however, he also plays shortstop… the press has been pretty quiet about Suarez who came out of the mock box ranked 37th overall for Draft Site; however, hasn’t been named in the last five mocks I have compiled. I still have him as the 6th top LHP in the draft, which would probably be a mid-range second rounder depending upon how many supplement picks there will be.
