After a strong 2016, Harol had a terrible April, but rebounded to a 2.80 ERA in 106 innings since. He is a solid minor league pitcher - good for him on his promotion.
Harol came off of Columbia's DL I think
Clay that is true. Seems like they can put a guy on DL for a week pretty easily to give them a rest. I could be wrong.
